ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3505
TO EXTEND ITS AUTOMATIC REPEAL TO
AUGUST 31, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Ordinance No. 3505 is hereby amended so that it shall be automatically
repealed on August 31, 1980, rather than on April 24, 1980.
The fact that there is still a need for temporary housing for persons
displaced by the April 10, 1979 tornado creates an emergency, and this ordin-
ance shall become effective upons its passage.
