Ord 3708 8/5/1980 ORDINANCE NO. Mre7 AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE MINIMUM SIDE YARD REQUIREMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2118 FOR LOT 22, BLOCK 2, MIDWESTERN PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 22, Block 2, Midwestern Park Subdivision, Unit Two, has requested that the minimum side yard requirement be waived on said lot; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has recommended to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted, subject to the condition that all remaining lots in Block 2, Midwestern Park Subdivision, Unit Two, be replatted in accordance with the zero lot line concept in accord- ance with Ordinance No. 3693. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 9(L) (8) of Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance No. 2118, requiring that a residential lot shall have at least five (5) feet on each side of buildings on interior lots be waived for Lot 22, Block 2, Midwest- ern Park Subdivision, Unit Two, so that a building may be built on such lot with the building wall three feet three inches (3'3") from the east property line of said lot. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective when all remaining lots of Block 2, Midwestern Park Subdivision, Unit Two, are replatted with the zero lot line concept in accordance with Ordinance No. 3693.
