Ord 4-85 1/15/1985 ORDINANCE NO. 4-85 ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TIME OF THE SECOND REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING IN FEBRUARY, 1985 , TO SEVEN O'CLOCK P.M. WHEREAS, under Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances, the time of the second regular City Council meeting in February, 1985 , is 8 :30 o'clock a.m. on February 19 , and the City Council desires to change the time of such meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT: The time of the second regular City Council meeting in February, 1985, as designated by Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances, is hereby changed from 8 :30 o'clock a.m. to 7 : 00 o'clock p.m. on February 19 , 1985.
