Ord 12-85 2/5/1985 r — - ORDINANCE NO. g— k;1l AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 32-84, THE LANDMARK ORDINANCE, TO ADD THE HARDIN ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OF MIDWESTERN STATE UNIVERSITY AS A WICHITA FALLS LANDMARK WHEREAS, the Landmark Commission has recommended that the Hardin Admin- istration Building of Midwestern State University be designated as a Wichita Falls Landmark. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Section IX of Section 1, Ordinance 32-84, which amends Chapter 2, Article IV, Division 5, of the Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended to add the following: "8. The Hardin Administration Building of Midwestern State University at 3400 Taft Boulevard is hereby designated as a Wichita Falls Land- mark."
