Ord 21-85 2/19/1985 ORDINANCE AL-Sri ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16-32 AND SECTION 16-34 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO CHANGE THE FEE AND TERM OF A FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT: Section 16-32 of the Code Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: "When the applicant makes his application to the City Health District, his picture will be taken, he will pay all fees, and a temporary card will be issued to him. Upon completion of the school, the Health District may issue to him a food handler's certificate, which certificate shall expire two years from date of food handler's certificate issuance. The fourth (4th) consecutive food handler's certificate shall become permanent and attending future food handler's school or paying a fee is not required." Section 16-34 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: "A fee of ten dollars shall be charged by the Health District for providing the school, completing the certificate and maintaining rec.rds."
