Ord 31-85 4/2/1985 ORDINANCE NO. f/ AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK REQUIRE- MENTS ALONG BAYLOR STREET FOR LOT 16-A, BOYD SUBDIVISION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended that the minimum building setback requirements along Baylor Street for Lot 16-A, Boyd Subdivision be waived; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds the circumstances involved in this situation are exceptional, and that such a waiver should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Section 9(L) (c) of Appendix A, of the City of Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance 2118) is hereby waived along Baylor Street for Lot 16-A, Boyd Subdivision, and a minimum building setback of three (3) feet on Baylor Street is hereby established.
