BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT: The second regular meeting of the City Council in April, 1985, as set by Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances, is hereby changed from April 16 to April 23, 1985 at 8:30 o'clock a.m. The fact that several councilmen will be out of the City 0.1 April 16 creates an emergency, and this ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption.
