Ord 33-85 4/2/1985 ORDINANCE NO. jj—�� ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 25-69 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES ALLOW- ING THE NOTRE DAME SCHOOLS TO HAVE A TRANSIENT SHOW AT NOTRE DAME SCHOOL ON MAY 3, 4, AND 5, 1985. WHEREAS, the Notre Dame Schools desire to operate a transient show at the Notre dame Schools on May 3, 4, and 5, 1985; and WHEREAS, Notre Dame Schools have requested a waiver of Section 25-69 of the Code of Ordinances, which prohibits any transient show from locating within three hundred (300) feet of any private residence, church or school; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the circumstances involved in this situation are exceptional, and that such waiver should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The requirements of Section 25-69 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls are hereby waived to allow issue of a license to Notre Dame Schools, or its concessionaire, to allow location of a carnival and concessions on the Notre Dame Campus May 3, 4 and 5, 1985.
