ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO ACCOUNT NO. 11-012-4430 , AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS , THAT :
SECTION ONE. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund the sum of $24 ,850. 00, which shall be placed in Account No.
11-012-4430 .
SECTION TWO. This expenditure represents a growing public
necessity, and is an emergency expenditure to meet unusual and
unforeseen conditions which could not by reasonable, diligence
thought and attention have been included in the original budget.
The fact that this amount will be due and that it is essential
for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of April, 1985 .
