Ord 113-85 10/15/1985 ORDINANCE NO. /U-J1i/ ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT CUSTOMERS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The following wholesale customer categories and rates are established: Category Per 1000 gallons Rate per 100 cu. ft. Raw water only (RWO) $ 0.2576 $0.1927 Raw water transmitted (RWT) $ 0.2745 $ 0.2053 Raw water - 5 year average (RWA) $ 0. 3937 $ 0.2945 Treated water only (TWO) NA $ 0.5575 Treated water transmitted (TWT) NA $ 0.6300 The above rates shall apply to the following contract customers. Unless otherwise shown, the applicable rate shown shall be effective during the first full billing cycle after October 31 , 1985, and thereafter.
