Ord 149-85 12/3/1985 ORDINANCE NO. / ,=g5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 29-26 AND 29-27 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND CALLING FOR POSTING OF WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Sections 29-26 and 29-27 of the Code of Ordinances are hereby amended such that the following streets shall have the listed weight restrictions posted: STREET FROM TO Weeks Access Road Southwest Parkway Taft Weeks Park Drive Weeks Access Road Midwestern Parkway Haiti Drive Weeks Park Drive Nassau Drive Granada Drive Weeks Park Drive Cedar Elm Drive Kirk Drive Taft Blvd. Midwestern Parkway Irving Place Taft Blvd. Midwestern Parkway Hamilton Blvd. Midwestern Parkway Speedway Ave. Ellingham Drive Piedmont Place Hamilton Blvd. Downing Street Harrison Street Hamilton Blvd. Clarinda Ave. Speedway Ave. Hamilton Blvd. Berkeley Drive Speedway Ave. Hamilton Blvd. And, that the Zack Burkett Company, and their contractors, having posted securities in amounts sufficient to cover anticipated damages from heavy hauling operations is hereby exempt from the weight restrictions on the following streets: STREET FROM TO Weeks Park Drive Weeks Access Road Midwestern Parkway Hampstead Lane Hamilton Blvd. Taft Blvd. Taft Blvd. Hampstead Lane Kell Blvd. And, upon the completion of the project, "Holliday Creek Excavation Project (Phase I)" this ordinance shall be null and void.
