RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O �
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE F
OF 2-EACH 52-HP TRACTORS WITH FRONT LOADER TC, rstF2END
TURF & TRACTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,200.00; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of 2-each 52-HP tractors with front loader; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on May 21, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase 52-HP tractors for the Parks
Maintenance Division,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of 2-each
52-HP tractors to Berend Turf & Tractor in the amount of $55,200.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5 day of June 2007.
