Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
appointing two members to serve on the Wichita Appraisal District
Board of Directors
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has two positions on the nine member
Wichita Appraisal District Board of Directors whose terms expire December 31, 2017 ;
and,
WHEREAS, Glenn Barham has served on this board since 2015 and David
Ramsey has served on this board since 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Dave Ramsey and Glenn Barham are hereby appointed and
reappointed respectively by the City Council to serve on the Board of Directors of the
Wichita Appraisal District as members representing the City of Wichita Falls with terms
expiring December 31, 2019.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
