Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order
No. 1 for the 2017 Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project for a deduct
in the amount of $121,395.56
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contrac t with Oldcastle
Materials Texas, Inc. with the estimated total cost of $1,597,516.00; and ,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will decrease the contract by $121,395.56 for a
revised cost of $1,476,120.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2017
Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $121,395.56.
