Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
the Community and Clinical Health Bridge Project (CCHB) in the
amount of $250,000 received from the Department of State Health
Services and authorizing the City Manager to execute contract
accepting same
WHEREAS, the Health District and the Department of State Health Services
desire to enter into a contract for continued public health services; and,
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipated p rior to the
adoption of the 2017 - 2018 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $250,000 for the
Community and Clinical Health Bridge Project and the City Manager is authorized to
enter into a contract, as approved by the City Attorney, with the Department of State
Health Services for the Wichita Falls -Wichita County Public Health District.
