Resolution No. _138-2017__
Resolution awarding the purchase of two (2) Upgraded Electronics
Controller Boxes from D&F Services, LLC, A Best Value, in the
amount of $59,800
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to maintain its compliance with
disinfection requirements of the Federal drinking water quality standards; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two replacement chlorine
dioxide generator controller boxes with greater parts availability and more user control
options.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to the City Manager to execute the award for the purchase of
two (2) upgraded electronics controller boxes from D&F Services, LLC, in the amount of
$59,800.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of October, 2017.
