Ordinance Appropriating $28,272 To The Special Revenue Fund For
The Tuberculosis Program Of The Wichita Falls- Wichita County
Public Health District And Authorizing The Execution Of Documents
Accepting Said Funds
WHEREAS, the Tuberculosis Program of the Wichita Falls — Wichita County
Public Health District is an essential program to protect the health and welfare of the
citizens of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to
the adoption of 2011 -2012 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Tuberculosis Grant Special Revenue Fund
$28,272 for the Immunizations Program, and City Staff are authorized to execute all
documents necessary to accept said funds.
