RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH CAMP, DRESSER & MCKEE FOR THE LAKE
ARROWHEAD RAW WATER TRANSMISSION LINE CONDITION
ASSESSMENT PROJECT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for a condition assessment of the Lake Arrowhead Raw Water
transmission line; and
WHEREAS, Camp, Dresser & McKee is proposing to do this work for an amount
not to exceed $576,900.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Camp, Dresser & McKee
for the Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Transmission Line Condition Assessment Project is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Funds remaining from water and sewer system revenue bonds that
were issued for the Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line and Pump Station will be used for
this project.
SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
