Ordinance reappointing Dan Tompkins as Substitute Judge of the
Municipal Court for a term of two years
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins was reappointed as a substitute judge of the Municipal
Court by Ordinance No. 46-2015, for a two-year term expiring October 18, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, Dan Tompkins has agreed to serve another two -year term as a
substitute Municipal Court Judge, to act in the place and stead of the Municipal Judge
during any period in which he is temporarily unable to act for an y reason.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby reappoints Dan Tompkins as a substitute judge of the
Municipal Court for a term of two years, beginning October 18, 2 017.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of October, 2017.
