1. CALL TO ORDER.
A. John Fritzsch called the meeting to order at 1:37 p.m.
2. MINUTES.
A. The minutes of June 27, 2017 were put before the Board for approval.
Marcy Brown Marsden made the motion to approve the minutes and Colby
Huffman seconded the motion.
3. DEPARTMENTAL REPORT.
A. Circle Trail.:
• Bluff Natural Trail section is near completion. Hand railing is the
hold up on project at this time. No date set for dedication/ribbon
cutting as of yet.
• Bridge at the Falls is 98% completed, contractor is ahead of
schedule. No date for the dedication/ribbon cutting day set.
• BNSF approved leasing easement
• Parks putting extra work mowing due to Hotter Hell Hundred bike
ride.
• Watermill on corner of Maplewood and Lawrence Rd. making
progress.
A. September 7, 2017 is Texhoma Gives and Lake Wichita Revitaftation
Project Pontoon Will be set Up in the Parker Square parking lot.
B. A Flying Fish Sculpture has been installed that was donated by 2:®f ober
Seabury Family.
C. September 411 LWRC will be hosting a Party in the Park event at Lake
Wichita.
