RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS REAPPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE WICHITA
APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDiNG AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETiNG AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has two members on the Wichita Appraisal District
Board of Directors whose terms will expire December 31, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Dorothv Roberts-Burns and Arthur Beatrice Williams are hereby re-
appointed by the City Council to serve on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal
District as members representing the City of Wichita Falls with terms expiring December 31,
2009.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
