RESOLUTION NO. _103-2011_
Resolution Awarding Bid For The Champions Course At Weeks Park
Drainage Outfall Project (CWF11-552-09) To Bowles Construction
Co., In An Estimated Total Amount Of $121,870.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the Champions
Course at Weeks Park Drainage Outfall Project (CWF11-552-09); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction, Co., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $121,870.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Champions Course at Weeks Park Drainage Outfall
Project (CWF11-552-09) is awarded to Bowles Construction, Co., in an estimated total
amount of $121,870.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
