RESOLUTION NO. __102-2011__
Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2012 Crack Seal Project (CWF12-
100-02) To J L T Corporation, In An Estimated Total Amount Of
$116,209.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls properly advertised for bids for the 2012
Crack Seal Project (CWF12-100-02); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is J L T
Corporation, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $116,209.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2012 Crack Seal Project (CWF12-100-02) is awarded
to J L T Corporation, in an estimated total amount of $116,209.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
