RESOLUTION NO. _99-2011__
Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of Portable Fence Panels
To Metta Technologies, Inc., In The Amount Of $97,500
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of portable fence panels; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on October 26, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the lowest responsible bidder was Metta
Technologies, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of portable fence panels is awarded to Metta
Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $97,500.00, and City Staff is authorized to execute
all documents necessary to purchase said items from said bidder.
