RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE 2007-2008 BUDGET OF THE WICHITA FALLS 4B
SALES TAX CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000 FOR THE
WICHITA FALLS BACKDOOR THEATRE; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The 46 Sales Tax Board met on September 7 to consider a request from
the Backdoor Theatre for renovation plans to their building; and
WHEREAS, After consideration and discussion, the 46 Board voted to contribute
$30,000 to this project; and
WHEREAS, This project will require an amendment to the 4B Board's 2007-2008
Budget in the amount of $30,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The 2007-2008 Budget of the 4B Sales Tax Board is hereby amended in
the amount of $30,000 for the Backdoor Theatre.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
