Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the
2017 Lift Station 34 & 37 Rehabilitation Project in the amount of
$339,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2017 Li ft
Station 34 & 37 Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is the winner of a coin
flip at the City Council meeting, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$339,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract f or the City with M.H. Civil
Construction for the 2017 Lift Station 34 & 37 Rehabilitation Project in the amount of
$339,000.00.
