AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 104-2005, TO INCREASE THE
NUMBER OF SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES PERMITTED TO DAVE
ZENTGRAF DBA MOONLIGHT LIMOUSINE SERVICE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City Council authorized Dave Zentgraf dba Moonlight Limousine Service a
special service vehicle franchise with one permit to operate within the city limits of Wichita Falls;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a request from Dave Zentgraf,
franchise holder, to increase the number of special service vehicle permits under his franchise
from one permit to three; and
WHEREAS, City Council conducted a public hearing to consider this request and finds
that an increase in the number of permits authorized to Dave Zentgraf dba Moonlight Limousine
Service is required for public convenience and necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.104-2005, granting a special service vehicle franchise to
Dave Zentgraf dba Moonlight Limousine Service is hereby amended to increase the number of
permits for special service vehicles by two, from one to three.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
