AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103-2005, TO INCREASE THE
NUMBER OF SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES PERMITTED TO MIKE LEDUE
DBA MAINELINE LIMOUSINE, INC.; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City Council authorized Mike Ledue, dba Maineline Limousine, Inc. a special
service vehicle franchise with two permits to operate within the city limits of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a request from Mike Ledue, franchise
holder, to increase the number of special service vehicle permits under his franchise from two
permits to four; and
WHEREAS, City Council conducted a public hearing to consider this request and finds
that an increase in the number of permits authorized to Mike Ledue dba Maineline Limousine,
Inc. is required for public convenience and necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.103-2005, granting a special service vehicle franchise to
Mike Ledue, DBA Maineline Limousine, Inc., is hereby amended to increase the number of
permits for special service vehicles by two, from two to four.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
