S I"z� a�] ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, REZONING 1625 & 1627 ELEVENTH STREET AND ADJACENT ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM LIMITED COMMERCIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONING; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed zoning change at their May 9, 2007, meeting and voted to recommend approval of this request; and WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed this application and has determined that the herein described zoning change is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1 . A tract of land described as 1625 & 1627 Eleventh Street, being also known as Lots 13 & 14, Block 263, Canfield Subdivision and adjacent alley right-of- way, as shown on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A," is hereby rezoned General Commercial. SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
