Resolution No. 109-2017__
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to Approve Change Order
No. 2 for the Permanent Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline
Project, in the amount of $153,005.44
City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with S&J Construction
Company Inc. with the estimated total cost of $9,766,399.12; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 increased the contract by $141,213.89 for a
revised cost of $9,907,613.01 ; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 will increase the amended contract amount by
an addi tional $153,005.44 for a revised and final contract amount of $10,0 60,618.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Chang e Order No. 2 for the
Permanent Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project in the amount of
$153,005.44.
