Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract
for the 2017 Sanitation Parking Lot - Phase 5 and Transfer Station
Road Rehab Project to Falls Concrete, LLC in the amount of
$142,668.96
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2017
Sanitation Parking Lot - Phase 5 and Transfer Station Road Rehab Project (CWF16-
530-12); and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Falls Concrete LLC,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $142,668.96.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2017 Sanitation Parking Lot - Phase 5 and Transfer
Station Road Rehab Project (CWF16-530-12) is awarded to Falls Concrete, LLC, in an
estimated total amount of $142,668.96, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of August, 2017.
