Resolution No. _94-2017_
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract
for the 2017 Alley Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving, L.L.C. in
the amount of $285,238.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for th e 2017 Alley
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving,
LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $285,238.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2017 Alley Rehabilitation Project is awarded to
Freeman Paving, L.L.C., in an estimated total amount of $285,238.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said C ontractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of July, 2017.
