1. CALL TO ORDER.
A. John Fritzsch called the meeting to order at 1:37 p.m.
2. MINUTES.
A. The minutes of March 23, 2017 were put before the Board for approval. Jim
Pots made the motion to approve the minutes and Stephen Garner
seconded the motion.

A. Circle Trail :
• Deadline for submission of three Circle Trail section applications to
the TXDOT is May 22, 2017. If all approved 99% of the trail will be
completed.
• Wichita Bluff Nature Area trail section is near completion.
• The Falls is being turned off and the bridge is closing May 11t for the
Falls Bridge Replacement and By-pass Trail project.
4. PARK IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE.
A. Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee: Nothing new was reported
B. A proposal was presented for a partnership with City of Wichita Falls and
MSU for a new Eco -Tour park. It was presented by Kadesha Treco, a MSU
student. Placement of the park is on private property on the northeast
side of the Circle Trail and near 26th St.
