Resolution awarding Construction Services Contract to Robert Jay
Eason dba Santa Rosa Construction Co. for the Health Department
Kitchen Classroom Renovation Project
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls wishes to undertake renovat ion of an
existing kitchen facility located at the Health Department; and ,
WHEREAS, the renovation of this area will create a teaching kitchen to be
utilized for hands on nutrition classes; and,
WHEREAS, Robert Jay Eason dba Santa Rosa Construction Co. has submitted
a bid for completion of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached agreement with Robert Jay Eason dba Santa Rosa Construction
Co for the City of Wichita Falls Health Department Kitchen Renovation is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to sign.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of July, 2017.
