Resolution approving the 2017 Third Year Annual Action Plan of the
Adopted 2015-2019 Five Year Public Housing Agency (PHA) Action
Plan
WHEREAS, the Housing Division must annually submit for City Council
approval , the Division’s Annual Action Plan as part of the Five Year PHA Plan; and,
WHEREAS, as a result of this year’s review of the Third Year Annual Action
Plan, city staff is recommending no modifications be made; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the requir ed Public Hearing for this
action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Third Year Action Plan of the adopted Five Year Public Housing
Agency Plan is hereby approved
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of July, 2017.
