Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for the
Community and Clinical Health Bridge Project (CCHB) in the amount of
$145,833.00 received from the Department of State Health Services and
authorizing the City Manager to execute contract accepting same
WHEREAS, the Health District and the Department of State Health Services desire to
enter into a contract for continued public health services; and,
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipate d prior to the
adoption of the 2016 - 2017 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $145,833 for the
Community and Clinical Health Bridge Project, and the City Manager is authorized to enter into
a contract with the Department of State Health Services for the Wichita Falls -Wichita County
Public Health District.
