ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CASE C 08-02)
TO CONSTRUCT A DUPLEX AT 4809 ELDORADO DRIVE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit on
January 9, 2008 to construct a duplex at 4809 Eldorado Drive; and
WHEREAS, a citizen has appealed the action of the Planning and Zoning Commission
and has requested a decision of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after examining the merits of the case, the City Council deems that this
application shall be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby affirms the decision of the Planning and Zoning
Commission and approves the conditional use permit (Case C 08-02) to construct a duplex at
4809 Eldorado Drive.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
