Resolution No. _49-2017_
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement of Class A, Class S, and Class C-C ready mix to Ingram
Concrete, LLC in the amount of $317,950.00; and to OK Concrete
Company for Curb & Gutter and Flowable Fill in the amount of
$94,850.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the City’s
estimated annual requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on March 10, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase ready mix concrete and flowable
fill for use by various city departments during the next twelve -month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award of bid for the City’s estimated annual requirement
of Class A, Class S, and Class C-C ready mix to Ingram Concrete, LLC in the amount of
$317,950.00; and to OK Concrete Company for Curb & Gutter and Flowable Fill in the
amount of $94,850.00.
