ORDINANCE NO. 53-�5
ORDINANCE TO AMENDING SECTION 106-127 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES APPROVING WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR
CONTRACT WATER CUSTOMERS; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Section 106-127 of the Code of Ordinances, pertaining to water
rates for wholesale customers is hereby amended, and the following rates are approved
for the indicated category of wholesale water customer:

The above rates shall apply to the following contract customers. Unless otherwise
shown, the applicable rate will be effective during the first full billing cycle after
October 1, 2008, and thereafter.

which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
