Resolution awarding Biggs & Matthews, Inc. the Phase III Sanitary
Sewer Evaluation Study to comply with Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality Agreement in the amount of $150,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has determined that Biggs and Mathews,
Inc. is qualified to provide Engineering Services for the Phase II I Sanitary System
Evaluation Study Modeling; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the Engineering Services to complete the modeling
and analysis of the specified sanitary sewer system required by the Texas Commission
of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Agreement is an
estimated total of $150,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Engineering Services for the Phase III Sanitary System Evaluation Study
Modeling is awarded to Biggs and Mathews, Inc., in an estimated total amount of
$150,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the design of such project.
