Resolution to approve Change Order No. 1 for the Permanent Indirect
Potable Reuse System River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant
Improvements Project, for an addition of $255,491.14
City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Archer Western
Construction, LLC. with the estimated total cost of $16,026,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $255,491.14 for a
revised cost of $16,281,491.14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Permanent
Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project in the amount of $255,491.14,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of March 2017.
