Resolution to approve Change Order No. 1 for the Permanent Indirect
Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project, for an addition of $141,213.89
City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with S&J Construction Company
Inc. with the estimated total cost of $9,766,399.12; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $141,213.89 for a
revised cost of $9,907,613.01.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Permanent
Indirect Potable Reuse System Pipeline Project in the amount of $141,213.89,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of March 2017.
