Resolution appointing a representative to the Helen Farabee Centers’
Board of Trustees
WHEREAS, the current two-year term for Place 9 on the Helen Farabee Centers’
Board of Trustees (representing the City of Wichita Falls ) is vacant due to the
resignation of Mrs. Dorcas Washburn, and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls wishes to make an
appointment to the Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby appoints Steven Sullwold to the Helen Farabee
Centers’ Board of Trustees.
