Ordinance No. _09-2017_
Ordinance changing the date of the regularly scheduled Council
meeting on July 4, 2017, to July 5, 2017
WHEREAS, the first regularly scheduled City Council meeting in July 2017 falls
on the 4th of July; and,
WHEREAS, July 4 is Independence Day, and a national holiday; and,
WHEREAS, it is efficient and proper to move the meeting regularly scheduled for
July 4, 2017, to July 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The regularly scheduled City Council meeting on July 4, 2017, is hereby changed
to July 5, 2017.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day of March, 2017.
