RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE
OF WASTEWATER POLYMER FROM POLYDYNE, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $74,606.40.; FINDING AND DETERMINING TMAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested in plant testing
from vendors interested in bidding their polymer products ; and
WHEREAS, only one vendor elected to participate in the testing process; and
WHEREAS, polymer is required for the operation of the plant
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the
City's annual requirement of wastewater polymer to Polydyne, Inc., in the amount of
$74,606.40.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
