RESOLUTION NO. _97-2011_
Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2012 Downtown Water Budget
Utility Improvements Project (CWF12-550-01) To A&M Construction
And Utilities, Inc., In An Estimated Total Amount Of $325,037.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2012
Downtown Water Budget Utility Improvements Project (CWF12-550-01); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is A&M Construction
and Utilities, Inc., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $325,037.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2012 Downtown Water Budget Utility Improvements
Project (CWF12-550-01) is awarded to A&M Construction and Utilities, Inc., in an
estimated total amount of $325,037.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
