RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
INCENTIVE AGREEMENT WITH OLD DOMINION; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on
September 10 to consider an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Old
Dominion; and
WHEREAS, In exchange for Old Dominion's creation of six (6) additional
positions, the 4A Board will pay Old Dominion $75,000 to ensure the use of full-panel,
tilt-wall construction for their facility in the Wichita Falls Business Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The attached Memorandum of Understanding is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
