RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
OF THE 4B SALES TAX BOARD; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the 4B Sales Tax Board met on September 4 to consider a budget
for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, the 4B Sales Tax Board is recommending a budget with revenues
totaling $3,781,795 and expenses totaling $1,424,618.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The attached Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget of the 4B Sales Tax
Board with revenues totaling $3,781,795 and expenses totaling $1,424,618 is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
