RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 TO THE
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
INTERGRAPH FOR MOBILE DATA TERMINAL SOFTWARE IN THE
AMOUNT OF ($349,313.18); FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract on December 4,
2007 with Intergraph for installation of certain software for the City's Mobile Data
Terminal project;
WHEREAS, The City has elected to purchase certain commodities in the contract
separately, and there are other software applications that have been found to be
redundant within the project;
WHEREAS, The stated deduct from the cost of the project totals $349,313.18.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Change Order #2 with Intergraph in the deduct amount of
$349,313.18 is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
