RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AWARDING A PROPOSAL FOR THE CITY'S
INSURANCE PROGRAM TO BARNARD INSURANCE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City solicited proposals from insurance providers for coverage
on its buildings, contents, and computer equipment; and
WHEREAS, these proposals were evaluated; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Barnard Insurance Agency is in the best
interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The insurance proposal submitted by Barnard Insurance Agency is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
